Sales rep this morning was knowledgable answered all my questions in a nice way. Also he texted me with all the info I requested right away.

I had the chance to talk to Rial (I hope I got the spelling right), who was absolutely awesome on the phone. She was clear, concise, courteous and a great help in answering all of my questions and reassuring me about my future purchase. I settled on a Juggernaut Classic 9 and I am very anxious to receive it. I plan on posting a full review once I get the bike and I get a chance to try it out. A big thank you, Rial.

Really enjoyed my very informative chat with Clayton. We had a lengthy conversation about the specifications on three different model bikes, All my questions were thoroughly answered and he explained what the differences were in the those models. Looks like the Duo 2 fits my requirements, needs ,and budget…. Thanks, Clayton…..

My conversation with Shannon was extremely helpful! She was able to answer all of my questions regarding what bike would be best for me and was able to explain what all of the different customizations were by showing me the components and comparing them. I left the call feeling way more confident about my options regarding the purchase of an e-bike. I highly recommend having a virtual call if you have any questions or concerns about purchasing anything from Biktrix.

We went to the garden show at RBC Convention Center in Winnipeg. My husband and I talked to Allan about the electric bikes. When he mentioned that he can give us a discount or a free battery my husband became interested. We asked Allan about the model that my husband thinking to have and he wrote it down on the back of his business card. The next day my husband watched videos on Youtube. Then he checked the biktrix website. We decided to talk to someone from biktrix to ask questions. We had a phone appointment. At the day and time of our appointment, someone called us, a few minutes later another person phoned us, as well. Since we are happy with the service. We hope the bike will meet my husband's expectation. We are now waiting for the bike to arrive at our door.

I requested call for pre purchase discussion. And they are very good and professionals in terms of communicating and understanding customer need.
